Are all your beans single origin?

Yes. Every bag of Monserrate Nº1 comes from a single Colombian region with full traceability. We do not use blends. Each origin is roasted to highlight its natural flavor profile, allowing you to taste the true character of that specific region.

How does delivery work?

Your coffee is roasted fresh and delivered automatically on the schedule you choose. There’s no need to reorder, everything renews and ships on its own for maximum convenience.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What regions will I receive?

We recommend trying all 14 Colombian coffee regions to experience how diverse and unique each origin is. You’ll receive a new regional release each month, but if you fall in love with a specific one, you can easily switch.

To request a preferred region at any time, simply:

  • Update your selection inside your customer portal, or
  • Email us at info@monserraten1.com and our team will take care of it.
Do your coffees contain additives or flavorings?

No. Monserrate Nº1 coffees are 100% pure, single origin Colombian beans with no additives, flavors, or processing agents. All tasting notes come naturally from the region, altitude, and roast profile.

How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

Your coffee is roasted right before shipping. Each bag includes a roast date so you always know how fresh it is. We roast in small batches to guarantee maximum freshness, aroma, and flavor.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. You can skip a delivery at any time with a single click.
Your subscription is completely flexible and designed to fit your lifestyle.

Can I choose my coffee?

Absolutely. You can choose to receive the monthly regional release, or pick any region you love.
If you want something specific and don’t see it in your portal, just email us at info@monserraten1.com and we’ll update your subscription for you.

How do I manage my subscription?

Once you subscribe, you’ll receive access to your personal customer portal. From there, you can:

  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Select your preferred coffee
  • Skip a delivery
  • Pause or cancel anytime
  • Update billing or shipping details

If you ever need help with a change, just email us and we’ll gladly assist. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you must request cancellation by email at least 15 days before your next renewal date.
Please email us at info@monserraten1.com and we’ll process the cancellation for you.
If the cancellation request is made later than 15 days before renewal, the upcoming charge and shipment will still be processed, and your cancellation will apply to the following cycle.
